Recruitment Process

New Employee Recruitment

- New employees are hired twice in every year (first half/ second half), and regular open recruitment is conducted from March to May in the first half and September to November in the second half.
- The basic schedule and recruitment notice for recruitment will be jointly conducted by the Lotte Group, and interview and applicant selection will be conducted by each company under the Group.

Recruitment of experienced employees

- Recruitment of experienced employees is conducted irregularly according to the hiring requirements of each part.
- Recruitment of experienced employees is based on job experience and project to be performed. Comprehensive screening is conducted for conformity with the values pursued by LOTTE BP Chemical.
